SINHA) 13-07-2015 Petitioner's request for grant of freedom fighter pension has been rejected by the learned Single Judge of this Court under order dated 15.11.2011 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 8506 of 2008 on the ground that her husband's similar request was refused in the year 1986.

2. It is submitted that after rejection of the request by the authorities in the year 1986 husband of the petitioner

Patna High Court LPA No.1493 of 2012 (3) dt.13-07-2015 2/2 approached the District forum. The forum also rejected his request in the year, 2006. One year prior thereto her husband died. After rejection of the request by the District forum in the year, 2006 the petitioner filed writ petition in this Court after two years i.e. in the year, 2008.

Under the circumstances, the learned Single Judge rightly did not interfere in this matter.
