The petition was preferred for compliance of the order dated 16.04.2018 in CWJC No.8168 of 2017..

A show-cause has been filed on behalf of the opposite party no.3, the District Programme Officer, Samastipur in which in paragraphs 3 & 4, the following statement has been made. "3) That after disposal of the case above said the claim/entitlement of the petitioner has been examined and on detail

The copies showing said payment are being annexed herewith and marked as Annexure-A & B respectively.

4) That after adopting proper channel i.e. taking approval /sanctioned form the department Head the amount above said stand liquidated in favour of the petitioner's account itself on 21.01.2020 and accordingly the Hon'ble Court's order stand compiled with.

This Court is convinced that the order in question has been complied.

The contempt petition stands disposed of.
