JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-07-2015 The petitioner, who is Mukhiya of Gram Panchayat Raj, Kuria, Block Chakia, East Champaran, seeks direction to the respondents not to interfere in his statutory function provided under Sections 17, 22, 32, 162, 164, 165 and 166 of the Bihar Panchayat Raj Act.
He submits that the communications with respect to affairs of Gram Panchayat is being made by the different
Patna High Court CWJC No.15355 of 2012 (2) dt.14-07-2015 2 / 2 authorities to the Panchayat Secretary of the concerned Gram Panchayat.
In my view, the petitioner should approach the Director, Panchayati Raj with specific instances, who would look into grievances on the administration side.
With the aforesaid observation, this application stands disposed of.
