The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sikandra P.S. Case No. 155 of 2017, registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 504, 307, 354, 448 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
During the pendency of this bail petition, it has been informed that petitioner No.2 and 4 has been arrested, as such, this application against petitioners No.2 and 4 is dismissed as it become infructuous.
Allegation against the petitioner is that he has assaulted the informant with lathi resulting into injury and also taken away ten
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34951 of 2018 (2) dt.06-07-2018 2/2 thousand cash and fled away.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the injuries are simple in nature and there is no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioner.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the three petitioners (Petitioner No.1, 3 and 5 to 7), above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(Twenty Five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui, in connection with Sikandra P.S. Case No. 155 of 2017, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) Sanjeev/- U T
