After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the concerned court for grant of regular bail.

Accordingly, I direct that in case the petitioners surrender before the concerned court within a period of four weeks from today, the said court would consider and dispose off their case for grant of regular bail on the same day considering the fact that the allegations levelled against them are not corroborated with the injury report.

The petition is disposed off as withdrawn.
