The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the petition with regard to petitioner No. 1 namely Rama Sah since he has been arrested.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the petition with respect to petitioner No. 1 namely Rama Sah is dismissed as

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant by her in-laws family for non-fulfillment of dowry demand.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner No. 2 that she is mother-in-law of the deceased and she has been implicated in this case only because she is mother of the husband of the deceased. She lives separately from the husband of the deceased. Moreover, the husband of the deceased has already surrendered and he is in jail.

Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer of bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner No. 2, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection
