2. The present writ petition has been filed for payment of due salary and the differential amount arising after grant of the 1st ACP.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed several representations for redressal of his grievance. Lastly, a representation dated 25.03.2025 (as contained in Annexure P/3) was submitted before respondent No. 3, namely, the District Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, but no

Patna High Court CWJC No.7375 of 2025 dt.24-03-2026 2/2 decision has been taken thereon till date.

4. Learned counsel for the State submits that a direction may be issued for disposal of the petitioner's representation within a specified period.

5. In the aforesaid background, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation before respondent No.4, namely, the District Panchaiyat Raj Officer, Saran at Chapra, along with a copy of this order, within 30 days from today. Upon receipt of the representation, the respondent No.4, namely, the District Panchaiyat Raj Officer, Saran at Chapra, is directed to take a decision on the said representation within 90 days from the date of its filing, with a reasoned and speaking order.

6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
