SINHA) 20-07-2015 After some argument learned counsel for the appellant-petitioner has chosen to withdraw the letters patent appeal as also the writ petition bearing C.W.J.C. No. 15625 of 2012 with liberty to request the Subdivisional Officer, Jamui to settle gairmajarua khas land in question in her favour as part of the said gairmajarua khas land has been settled in favour of two of her brother in law.
