JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 06-02-2018 The petitioner has challenged the order dated 20.02.2013 passed by the learned Additional Sessions judge-IInd, Jehanabad, by which, the learned Sessions Judge has rejected the petition filed by the petitioner for discharge under Section 227 Cr. P.C.

From perusal of the order dated 11.07.2013 which is available on the record, it appears that evidence has started in the case and one witness has been examined and discharged. In such circumstances, this Court finds that the instant petition has become infructuous.

The application is dismissed as having become infructuous.
