The petitioner being the Executive Director of kalsi Buildcom Pvt. Ltd. is apprehending his arrest in connection with Shashtri Nagar P.S. Case No. 191 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 304, 109 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation against the petitioner is that he being the Executive Director is jointly and severally liable for the accident which occurred in the newly constructed Cricket Stadium near DAV School where one worker was killed.
