The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Sheosagar P.S.Case No. 97 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 342, 323, 307 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Regard being had to the specific allegation against the petitioners that they fired and the firing made by petitioner no.1 Narendra Pathak hit the informant on the right side of his chest, I am not inclined to grant them pre-arrest bail.
