2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 341, 323, 353, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, informant and others had gone at the house of petitioner to install a smart meter, but this petitioner created nuisance and later, abused & assaulted informant and others.

4. Considering the nature of allegation, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
