2. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the parentage of the petitioner in the cause title of the writ petition. Let the same be done during the course of the day.

3. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:

(i) For issuance of writ in the nature of writ of Mandamus directing the respondents concerned to prepare a fresh panel for the post of Panchayat teacher according to merit list and appoint the Panchayat Teachers according to Merit List.

(ii) For issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent no. 2, D.M., Patna to direct Panchayat Secretary to scrutinize

Patna High Court CWJC No.14631 of 2015 dt.07-02-2018 2/2 the application form and prepare the panel of Panchayat Teachers afresh honestly and sent call letters according to merit i.e. percentage of marks. The panel should be pasted on the Notice Board and call letters be sent to the selected candidates through registered post. The appointment be made with the consent of appointment Committee.

(iii) For any other appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, command/commands, direction/directions which your Lordship may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition be disposed off with liberty to move before the State Appellate Authority against the direction given to the petitioner by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Patna, to move before the Lokayukta.

5. Learned counsel for the State does not oppose.

6. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty aforesaid.

7. If an appeal is filed before the State Appellate Authority, within four weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disposed off on merits expeditiously and within the statutory period.
