The petitioner, in the present writ petition, has prayed for quashing of final list, whereby the seniority of Saw Mills in the Nawada District has been published. On perusal of the materials available on record, particularly Anexure-1 to the writ petition, it is evident that the list was prepared in view of order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court and before publishing final list, a provisional list was published inviting objection. In the writ petition, there is no assertion as to whether after publication of
Patna High Court CWJC No.14141 of 2012 (2) dt.04-08-2015 2/2 provisional list of Saw Mills, the petitioner had raised any objection.
In view of the fact that final list of Saw Mills was published after entertaining and examining the objections, in absence of any objection in respect of provisional list, final list may not be questioned by the writ petitioner. The writ petition stands dismissed.
