2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:
"(i) for issuance of order/s, directions/s, command/s or including writ in the nature of mandamus to direct the concerned respondent authorities to re-determination on award which is provided under Section 28A of Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land
Patna High Court CWJC No.7095 of 2026(3) dt.20-07-2026 2/2 Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 and enhance the compensation amount as per revised rate as ascertained by the Government. (ii) for any other relief/s for which the petitioner may found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the present case.
3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it will suffice if he is allowed to approach the Collector, Saran, Chhapra (respondent no.6).
4. Learned State counsel has no objection.
5. Granting said liberty and expecting the respondent to act and pass an appropriate order, in accordance with law, at an earliest, the writ petition is disposed of. (Rajiv Roy, J) Sanny/- U
