Only the short question has been raised with regard to non-payment of the provident fund amount.

Today, 2nd supplementary show cause has been filed annexing the copy of order dated 6th July 2015 where details of contribution and payment has been explained by the Assistant Commissioner, Provident Fund (Account), Bihar, Patna. In such view of the matter, there is no need to proceed with the matter further. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed. This order has been passed in presence of the counsel for the Sugar Corporation.
