The petitioner is in custody in connection with Katihar Muffasil P.S. Case No. 15 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 15.01.2019. He further submits that F.I.R. was registered against unknown and the name of the petitioner surfaced on confessional statement of co-accused and till date no TIP has been conducted.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and petitioner was not named in F.I.R., the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named
