The petitioners are in custody in connection with B.P. No. 285 of 2019, arising out of Sadar P.S. Case No.683 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 379 and 448 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is that the petitioners were involved in theft in the house of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioners have been made accused in Brahmapura P.S. Case No.298 of 2018 and from where petitioners were arrested on the basis of recovery of some stolen articles and was remanded in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29560 of 2019(2) dt.03-05-2019 2/2 judicial custody on 22.11.2018.

He further submits that nothing was recovered to connect the petitioners in the commission of offence. He further submits that petitioners are in custody since 22.11.2018, yet they have not put on TIP.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners, Let the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Muzaffarpur, in connection with B.P. No. 285 of 2019, arising out of Sadar P.S. Case No.683 of 2018.
