(i) For directing the respondent authority not to construct the road under the Prime Minister Gram Sadak Yojana over the Raiyati land of the petitioner forthwith.

(ii). For directing the respondent authorities to pay adequate compensation to the petitioner for the damage caused by construction of road under P.M.G.S.Y scheme over the land of the petitioner." 2.
