The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Excise Case No. 36 of 2020 arising out of P.R. No. 12 for the offence under Sections 30(a) and 37(b) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence.
