This application has been filed for restoration of Cr. Appeal (DB) No. 263 of 2019 which stood dismissed on account of non-compliance of order dated 21.11.2019 passed in the aforesaid appeal. By the aforesaid order, two weeks time was granted to remove the defects pointed out by the office including filing of limitation petition, but the same could not be filed. Reason has been assigned that Mr. Diwakar Prasad Karn was suffering from piles and his junior Mr. Chandra Shekhar

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24284 of 2020(2) dt.16-09-2020 2/2 Anand was out of Patna but after returning, he has filed I.A. No.1 of 2020 for condonation of delay for filing of the memo of appeal.
