For quashing the Notice dated 07.06.2014 respondent issued no. 4, by the Officer, Nagarnausha, Nalanda, in Encroachment Case no. 03/2012-13 whereby and whereunder the petitioner has been directed to remove encroachment from Plot no. 87, Khesra No.

490/491 Area 5 feet wide which is a government land failing which the same will be removed by officials.

(ii). For issuance of a writ of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents concerned not to take any action in encroachment Case No. 03/ 2012 -13 for removal of encroachment without deciding the

At the outset, the learned counsel for the Respondents submits that the encroachment in question has stood removed long back, hence, the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous.

Accordingly, I deem it fit and proper to dispose off the present writ petition, however, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Respondents in case of any subsisting grievances. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) Ajay/- U
