This application has been filed for restoring Cr. Misc. No. 7301 of 2011 to its original file against opposite party No. 2, which has been dismissed with respect to opposite party No. 2 for non-compliance of the order dated 25.10.2013 by Hon'ble Mr. Birendra Prasad Verma, J., as he

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32941 of 2014(3) dt.30-06-2020 2/2 then was.

It appears from the order dated 03.09.2014 that the Court permitted the counsel for the petitioner to file a supplementary affidavit within a period of two weeks of the passing of the order demonstrating that the order dated 25.10.2013, passed in Cr. From the records, it does not appear that any such supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of the petitioner.

In that view of the matter, the application for restoration of Cr. Misc. No. 7301 of 2011 with respect to opposite party No. 2 is, hereby, rejected.

The application stands dismissed.
