The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that the petitioner stolen the motorcycle of the informant.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 5.2.2018. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has got no concern with the alleged motorcycle. He has been made accused due to mistake of fact.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.
