On petitioner's own showing, vide Annexure-2, dated 01.08.2013, the Collector has considered the matter and the representation filed by the petitioner, namely, Dharmendra Kumar Choudhary, has been rejected. In view of the above, it is not a fit case where contempt action can be initiated. Upholding the objection in this regard filed by the respondents, the application stands dismissed.
