JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 02-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners were granted provisional anticipatory bail by order dated 13-12-2017 for four weeks.

A prayer has been made to confirm the order dated 13-122017. It has been submitted that both petitioners are ladies. There is no specific allegation of any overt act against them. It is alleged that these petitioners with other accused persons on account of property dispute assaulted the informant and his wife and in that course of assault, the son of the informant Avinash Kumar who was in the lap, sustained injury on the head, and died in course of treatment.

Both the petitioners are directed to remain on same bail bonds.
