2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Patauna P.S. Case No. 26/2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 448/341/323/324/325/354(B)/379/427/504/506/ 313/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Petitioners are alleged to have caused miscarriage of six months pregnancy.

4. As per the prosecution case, these two petitioners assaulted on the stomach of the victim which resulted in miscarriage of six months old pregnancy. The victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr. P.C. has supported the prosecution case.

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid and the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr. P.C., this application is dismissed.
