Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has received the payment during the pendency of the writ application. However, he submits that in case there is any error in calculation, the petitioner may be granted liberty to approach the University for redressal of his grievance. The writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner that in case any error is noticed in the matter of calculation of the payable dues, the petitioner may file a representation indicating the error in calculation within a period of four weeks from today before the University and the University

Patna High Court CWJC No.1679 of 2016 (2) dt.17-01-2018 2/2 shall look into the grievance and pass a reasoned and speaking order within a period of 60 days from the date of filing of such representation.
