After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this anticipatory bail petition so that the petitioner may surrender in the court below. Prayer is allowed. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

If the petitioner, who is a lady, surrenders in the court below, the learned court below shall consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner taking into consideration the facts of compromise and the fact that Rita Devi has already been granted regular bail.
