The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ramgarh (Nuaon) P.S. Case No.149 of 2020 dated 11.07.2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 & 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of Additional Sessions Judge-XII, Kaimur at Bhabua. This is the third attempt of the petitioner to approach before this Court for bail. Earlier, vide detailed order dated 27.07.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15183 of 2021 and order dated 11.05.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.20986 of 2022, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected. Considering the fact that the petitioner is the main
