1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this is the second attempt of the petitioner to seek regular bail, earlier the petitioner had moved this Court seeking regular bail by filing Criminal Miscellaneous No. 38636 of 2024 and the same was rejected by an order dated 06.09.2024 on the ground that 1.538 Kg of charas was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.
