The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Excise Case No. 1211 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner rather the alleged recovery has been made from the abandoned house.
