The petitioner seeks bail in connection with C.I.S. No. 77 of 2018/Madanpur P.S. Case No. 21 of 2018 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act, 2016. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case.

The petitioner is the owner and driver of the vehicle. 420 litres of Spirit has been recovered from the vehicle. There is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 23.03.2019.
