ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJAN GUPTA) 26-08-2022 The matter has been heard via video conferencing. The vehicle of the petitioner was seized by the forest authority. Thereafter, the petitioner filed a Forest Appeal which is still pending before the concerned authority. His only prayer is that his vehicle may be released during the pendency of the appeal as the same would be of no use as it will turn into a scrap.

We dispose off the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file an application for release of the vehicle, if there is any provision under the Act/Rules for release of the

If such an application is moved within 10 days from today, it shall be disposed off forthwith, in any case, not later than a week thereof.
