From the records, we find that the Bar Council of India is seized of the matter, certain proceedings have been held and from the additional counter affidavit filed on behalf of the Bar Council of India on 5.2.2018, it is seen that conditional

Patna High Court CWJC No.19740 of 2015 dt.05-04-2018 2/2 recommendation has been granted for the period 2016-2017 on various conditions as are stipulated in the order issued. As the Bar Council of India is already seized of the matter and has granted conditional recommendation, it is not necessary for us to interfere now in this Public Interest Litigation exercising our extraordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

In case the petitioner has any objection with regard to grant of recognition, he may file an appropriate representation to the Bar Council of India whereupon it would be for the Bar Council of India, the statutory authority, to look into the matter and pass appropriate orders.

With the aforesaid, finding no indulgence to be granted, we dispose of the present application.
