JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 24-04-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1(i) For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the Respondent authorities to make payment of the salary of the petitioner from 20.10.2009 to 23.1.2014 as the petitioner has joined to his post in view of the order passed by this Hon'ble Court in CWJC No.7488/2009 and its analogous cases which was heard along with CWJC No.6575/2009 and petitioner has worked till 23.1.2014 but for the aforesaid period the

Patna High Court CWJC No.12268 of 2021(2) dt.24-04-2024 2/2 salary of the petitioner has not been paid but admittedly the petitioner has worked.

(ii) For further direction to the Respondent authorities to make payment of the interest upon due amount.

(iii) For further direction to the Respondent authorities to dispose off the representation of the petitioner by reasoned and speaking order within time framed for payment of salary of the aforesaid period i.e. 20.10.2019 to 23.1.2014." 2.

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondentauthorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
