ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 08-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the University as well as State. A supplementary show-cause has been filed in which the University has submitted at paragraph No. 4 that the petitioner has already been paid for the period 2005-10 by way of second installment being a sum of Rs. 12,26,315 vide Cheque No. 481945 dated 09.12.2014, it thus appears that the grievance of the petitioner to the said extent has already been redressed. This Court does not deem it fit to proceed further in

Patna High Court MJC No.544 of 2015 (13) dt.08-02-2018 2/2 the contempt matter.

This application is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the authorities for any disputed claims, if at all, tenable under the law.
