The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Karpi P.S.Case No. 23 of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 379, 386, 387 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the inordinate and unexplained delay of about a month in reporting the matter to the police, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal in connection with Karpi
