Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 332, 353, 307, 188, 147, 148, 149, 225, 226, 506, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) 45 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Submission is that huge quantity of liquor was recovered from the house of the petitioners. Petitioners have stated on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent. They

Considering the facts of this case, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on completion of investigation on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with S.T. Excise Case No.218 of 2019 arising out of Jadia Police Station Case No.58 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
