Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has retired from the post of Ladies Extension Officer, Block - Punpun, District- Patna, however, she has not been paid the entire amount of G.P.F. Learned counsel further informs that the petitioner has already represented before

Patna High Court CWJC No.7184 of 2023 dt.21-08-2023 2/2 the Principal Secretary, Rural Development Department, Government of Bihar, Patna (respondent no.2) on 11.04.2023 in this regard.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner has already representation before the Principal Secretary, Rural Development Department, Government of Bihar, Patna (respondent no.2) on 11.04.2023, the respondent no.2 is directed to ensure that the petitioner is paid the remaining amount of retiral dues along with statutory interest within a period of six weeks from the date of passing of this order.

4. The District Provident Officer, Patna is directed to collect all the deductions statements from the places of posting of the petitioner at his own end or by deputing an authorised Officer, who will ensure to obtain all the deduction statements from the places of posting of the petitioner within the aforesaid period of six weeks and ensure payment within the said period. 5.With the aforesaid observation/direction, the present writ petition is disposed of.
