JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 20-08-2015 It is the contention of the learned senior counsel for the petitioners that in view of the decision rendered in CWJC No.21251 of 2012 and other analogous cases, decided on 11.4.2013, he would like to withdraw the writ application.
Counsel for the Bihar Education Project, however, brings to the notice of this Court two other decisions of similar kind, which are CWJC Nos. 10761 of 2013 and 22252 of 2012, decided on 17.10.2014 and 26.02.2014 respectively. Nothing is required to be said on such an issue in view of the prayer for withdrawal.
