22-05-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 323, 504, 506, 307, 354B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., on the alleged date and time of occurrence, all these petitioners alongwith co-accused Bablu, armed with lathi and rod, abused and assaulted the informant and other family members.

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that due to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32838 of 2024(2) dt.22-05-2024 2/2 petty dispute, an altercation took place between the parties. There is case and counter case. Injuries, allegedly caused by petitioners, are simple in nature. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur (Ara) in connection with Charpokhri P.S.
