1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "(A)For issuance of a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction commanding the respondents authorities to pay the amount of over time which has been discharged by him during his service period with statutory as well as penal interest from the date it became due."
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the respondent-State has referred to paragraphs no.9 to 11 of the
Patna High Court CWJC No.12260 of 2021(2) dt.07-12-2023 2/2 counter affidavit, filed in the present case to submit that the outstanding amount on the head of overtime wages has already been paid to the petitioner, which is not refuted by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. In such view of the matter, the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous, thus the same stands disposed off as not pressed.
