2. This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Tedhagachh P.S. Case No.131 of 2024, registered for the offences under Sections 80, 85, 103(1) and 3, 5 of the Bharitya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per the F.I.R., petitioner is the husband of the deceased. It is alleged that he has participated in the killing of the deceased.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 10.11.2024 and he claims clean antecedent. The deceased and the petitioner have one year old child, who is living with the father of the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court, Kishanganj/concerned Court below, in connection with Tedhagachh P.S. Case No.131 of 2024.

7. The factum of the child being staying with the grandfather of the petitioner shall be verified by the Court below and if it is found true then only the bail bonds of the petitioner shall be accepted otherwise the bail bonds of the petitioner shall not be accepted.
