JUSTICE RAJESH KUMAR VERMA ORAL ORDER 30-01-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State as well as learned counsel for the Private Respondents.

2. Pursuant to the direction/order dated 18.03.2024, the respondent-State has done the fresh measurement over the land in question on 12.04.2024 in presence of the petitioner and the private respondents and in the fresh measurement it was found that the petitioner as well as private respondents encroached over the land pertaining to Plot No. 482 and 484

3. Learned counsel for the Private Respondents has also pointed out on the basis of the fresh measurement report and the map enclosed with the report which suggests/reflects that other persons (other than the petitioner and private respondents) have also encroached over the land near the land of plot in question.

4. The Circle Officer, Nouan, Kaimur (respondent no.

5) is directed to institute an Encroachment Case against the encroachers and take appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of four months after hearing all the concerned.

5. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
