By filing the present application petitioner is seeking to correct the residential address of petitioner nos. 6, 7 & 8 which according to the petitioners were wrongly mentioned in the original petition of Cr. Misc. No. 16676/2019. It is submitted that so far as petitioner no. 1 to 5 are concerned, they are resident of village - Farkiya, P.S. - Bousi, District - Araria. However, petitioner nos. 6, 7 & 8 are residents of different village which are now mentioned in the title portion of the present application as under: -

(1) Chandeshwar Mahto, Male, aged about 60 years, Son of Late Shibu Mahto Resident of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26675 of 2019(2) dt.03-05-2019 2/2 Village - Karaba (Kulha), P.S.- Karaba, Distt - Purnea.

(2) Ranjan Mahto Male, aged about 30 years, Son of Chandeshwari Mahto Resident of Village - Karaba (Kulha), P.S.- Karaba, Distt - Purnea.

(3) Rajesh Mahto Male, aged about 35 years, Son of Natho Mahto, Resident of Village - Chandwa Rupaspur, P.S.- Rautara, Distt - Katihar. Submission is that the order dated 26.03.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16676/2019 be corrected and the same be allowed to be read after carrying necessary correction with respect to the address of the petitioners in the present case. In the interest of justice, let the correct address of petitioner nos. 6, 7 & 8 as stated in the present application be read as part of the order dated 26.03.2019.

In the aforesaid view of the matter, Let the prescribed period of four weeks for surrender be extended to two weeks from today. Rest of the order shall remain intact. This Modification Application stands disposed of. (Rajeev Ranjan Prasad, J) Rajeev/- U T
