2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 80, 85 , 103(1) and 3(5) of BNS.
3 . It is a case of dowry death . As per prosecution case , informant alleged that his sister Rakhi Kumari was married to Shashi Bhushan Ram about 2 years ago and soon after the marriage , she was subjected to cruelty and torture by all the accused persons named in the F.I.R., due to nonfulfillment of demand of dowry . It is further alleged that on
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29405 of 2025(2) dt.14-05-2025 2/3 07.11.2024 , all the F.I.R., named accused persons killed sister of informant and when informant reached her sister matrimonial house , her dead body was lying at the gate of house .
4. It is submitted on behalf of these petitioners that petitioners are simply vicitm of over implication . They are separate in mess and property . There is no specific allegation is alleged against them and they have no concern with the affairs of the couple . Police after investigation submitted final form in this case and differing with the same learned Court below has taken cognizance against these petitioners. Thrust of accusation is against the husband of the deceased who is already been granted regular bail by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 07.05.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 28381 of 2025 . Petitioners claim clean antecedent.
5 . Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition .
6. Considering the aforesaid facts, clean antecedents of these petitioners and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let this petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM 1st
