Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Telhara P.S. Case No. 103 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. As a matter of fact, driver of the petitioner's tractor was carrying the sand with valid challan which was snatched by police personnel. Petitioner is the owner of the tractor in question.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28007 of 2019(2) dt.29-04-2019 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Telhara P.S. Case No. 103 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
