In the nature of the grievance raised by the petitioner, learned counsel for the Bihar School Examination Board submits that if the petitioner makes a fresh representation within a period of 30 days from today for carrying out the correction in the name of his mother in the certificates and other related documents, the Secretary, Bihar School Examination Board (respondent no. 4) shall take immediate step to carry on the

In the aforesaid view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to file a fresh representation within 30 days from today.

Liberty is granted.

As soon as fresh representation is filed by the petitioner within the aforesaid period of 30 days, the respondent no. 4 shall ensure that necessary corrections in the certificates and other related documents be carried out as per the records and the same be made available to the petitioner latest within 60 days from the date of receipt of the representation.
