Learned counsel for the State submitted that in terms of the stand taken and material brought on record in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent no. 4, there is a direction for making payment, which redresses the grievance of the petitioner. Patna High Court CWJC No.6138 of 2015 (3) dt.19-01-2018 2/2 fresh instructions according to which actual payments have also been made.
